Program Services offered by Paradigm Residential Services, Inc.

Paradigm Residential Services Inc.  provides typical home living services in various neighborhoods. Our homes are located in Hennepin, Wright, Sherburne, Anoka and Mille-Lacs Counties.  Supervised living services can be developed for an individual as they reside with up to four individuals living as housemates.

Paradigm Residential Services, Inc. offers services is the following areas: money management, meal planning and preparation, shopping, maintaining personal cares, medication administration, mobility training, community orientation and safety, and maintaining a clean and comfortable home environment.

All our staff are trained in positive supports and the guidelines of 245D.   Our training is extensive offering:  CPI Training (non crises intervention), Behavioral/Mental Health Training, Motivational Interviewing, CPR, Medication Administration, Blood Borne Pathogens, OSHA, and Infectious Disease.
